Essential Housing Program
In addition to our market-rate homes, Circle at Point Park reserves a portion of its residences as Mixed-Income apartments in 77095. This program is designed to lower the barrier to quality, affordable housing for Houston's working community. Applicants whose annual income does not exceed 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI) may be eligible to apply for these rent-adjusted homes. Details on eligibility and application requirements are provided below.

Keep reading to find out! Any applicant or household living in one of our mixed income apartments can earn up to the following combined annual incomes.
• 1-person home may earn no more than $43,680 annually
• 2-person home may earn no more than $49,920 annually
• 3-person home may earn no more than $56,160 annually
• 4-person home may earn no more than $62,400 annually
• 5-person home may earn no more than $67,380 annually
Income Verification:
• 1 month of consecutive current bank statements.
• 1 month's worth of consecutive pay stubs.
Additional documents that may be required depending on each person’s individual income and assets.
